What will the houses at Pincents Hill look like?

It is Blue Living's intention to develop a Sustainable Design and Performance Code, establishing patterns and elements of architectural styles appropriate to the unique character and traditions of the place in which Pincents Hill is located.

The Code will be drafted at detailed design stage (a further stage in the planning application process). We will ask the local community, interest groups and relevant agencies for their views on what the Code should contain. The Code will then provide a guide to what homes and buildings in Pincents Hill should look like - but it would not exclude the introduction of new elements that add and build on those identifiable traditions.
