What land do you own at Pincents Hill?

In January 2008, Blue Living purchased the former Pincents Manor golf course, consisting of 37 acres. Prior to being a golf course, the land was used for extracting gravel.

Blue Living also has an option over a further 11 acres adjacent to the golf course. It is these 48 acres on which we intend to submit an outline planning application.
