What experience do you have in developing sustainable places and communities?

As Blue Living was only formed in 2007, Pincents Hill is the company's first project.

We believe that there is a lot more that can be done in the effort to develop sustainable places. Because of this, we decided to work with Development Securities and our large network of consultants practising in sustainable urban design and green infrastructure. The Blue Living team has extensive experience of sustainability and development projects across the UK including Harlow North: proposals for a sustainable urban extension of up to 25,000 homes. This is in addition to work on policy which shapes sustainable developments at a range of scales and work with large companies on affordable housing and regeneration projects.
