Blue Living has submitted an outline planning application for a sustainable urban extension to Reading. This can be found on the planning section of West Berkshire Council's website.
In the West Berkshire Local Plan, the site is designated as Strategic Gap. This designation is currently under review by West Berkshire, as are all other policies in the Local Plan, as the Council prepares its Local Development Framework (LDF).
