What is the relationship between your proposals and the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty?

The North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) is located north and east of Pincents Lane. Pincents Lane marks a physical boundary between the AONB and the edge of Reading. We are not proposing to promote any development in the AONB. The boundaries of any built environment at Pincents Hill are defined by Pincents Lane. The AONB designation affords considerable protection to this land. Blue Living intends to protect the integrity of the AONB by respecting it in design and visual terms. But we also wish to look at how access to and enjoyment of the AONB might be improved through our proposals.
