How many car parking spaces will there be?

A total of 800 car parking spaces (equating to an average of 1.07 spaces per residential unit) will be provided to include visitor parking and parking associated with non-residential uses. Residential parking will be located on-street, in block and to the rear of plots. Non-residential parking (for workers, visitors etc) will be on-street and located primarily around the mixed-use areas of the development. A limited number of on-street visitor parking spaces will be provided at intervals through the rest of the site and will be controlled on a permit and pay and display basis.
