How would the proposed development at Pincents Hill benefit local people?

We believe that the things that will make Pincents Hill attractive to new residents will also be attractive and beneficial to local people. This includes good public spaces and diverse and high quality local services - such as shops, possibly a primary school, cafes etc- and facilities. It is our intention to ensure that these are made available to the existing local communities, not only to new residents.

We are also exploring how to bring about other benefits to the local area such as the use of local businesses during the construction phase, the creation of a community management organisation and more.
